Hello, I have a story to tell you about your Father. I had just came out of the Convent. I acquired a Job @ Northeastern Hospital in Port Richmond. I had not acquired credit yet when I went to purchase a stereo console at your store. So during the process of applying for credit, the girl said I am sorry but you cannot have the credit account. I left the store, it was 2 weeks before Christmas, I started to walk North on Kensington Ave. and I hear, Miss, Miss wait. So I stopped and turned around it was your Father who ran after me and said come back to my store, I will give you credit. I kissed Him and said Thank You. He was such a sweet person. I have never forgotten Him and whisper a prayer for Him for his kindness. That is what Christmas is about Peace, Love, Happiness, and remembrance. I just thought you would like to know this.

regarding some problems we had with the delivery of our dining room
furniture. I wanted to thank you for your quick response to my email. I
did receive a phone call from the Bear, Delaware store manager on
Friday. He was very apologetic, which was greatly appreciated. He was also
kind enough to send us a gift certificate to Diamond Furniture, which is
also very much appreciated.
Whenever you buy something new you need to expect problems, but what
you really remember is how the seller handles those problems. I think you
and your store have handled this situation very well and we really do
